How credits work
A signature request uses 5 credit points and an identity verification uses 1, so you only ever pay for what you actually use. Credits are valid for the period shown on each plan. Create your free account to get started; you can buy or top up credits any time from your dashboard.
The pack sizes map straight onto that rate: 6 points covers one signature request, 40 covers eight, 100 covers twenty and 250 covers fifty. The “ideal for signing up to N documents” line on each card is that arithmetic, not an estimate. Identity verification is billed on top at 1 point, so a document that also asks a signer to confirm who they are draws a little more than 5.
There is no subscription to cancel and no per-seat charge. If you send four documents this quarter and none the next, the quiet quarter costs nothing. The FAQ covers what happens when free credits run out, and how signing works walks through a full request end to end.
Choosing a credit pack
Trial exists to prove the thing works for you: $1, six points, one month. If what you want to know is whether your counterparties will actually sign through a link in their inbox, that is the cheapest way to find out — and the 15 free credits on a new account come before it.
Past the trial, pick on validity as much as on volume. Silver's 40 points are valid for three months and Platinum's 250 for twelve, so the question is not only how many documents you will send but over what period. The larger packs also cost less per point: Trial works out at roughly 17 cents a point, Silver at 12.5, Gold at 10 and Platinum at 8.
